[jbosscache-dev] Bundling JBossJTA in JBossCache

Also another + towards the DummyTM is that it is comparatively  
lightweight (small/quick) for unit tests.  I haven't tried JBossTS in  
the test suite to know how this will impact test suite execution  
time, so this argument may be pointless, just thought I'd mention.
