        Summary: CacheJmxWrapper only accepts new 3.x format config elements  (was: Legacy JMX test only tests new cfg format, not legacy one)
    Description: This only takes in 3.x format XML elements for eviction, cache loaders and buddy replication.  Should be able to fall back to the legacy parser if need be.  (was: Should test both formats in case of breakage.  Especially for sub-elements like eviction, BR, etc.)
