LegacyRegionManagerImpl calls lockManager.unlockAll(NodeSPI) instead of lockManager.unlockAll(NodeSPI, Owner owner).

This will cause it to remove any locks currently held by other threads.
Due to JBCACHE- lockManager.unlockAll(NodeSPI) is broken, so the effects are limited to the specific node.
