[jbossdeveloper] JBoss Developer builds failing

All,

Staging and production builds are working again. I don't yet know what caused the failures on Tuesday but we are going to investigate. In general, it's a high priority to protect the build from failures in third-party services and something that I hope we can improve significantly over the next few months.
