[jbosstools-dev] Hibernate Tools doc are now moved to a better place

Hi,

Because of the issues about building hibernate tools docs I moved the 
docs from hibernate svn to jbosstools; so they are now in 
trunk/hibernatetools/docs like the other reference guides.

One thing I noticed is that with the stylesheets I used before a build 
took seconds, now it takes minutes (5 minutes to precise) - I wonder 
what is causing that ?
