It can't go into hibernate tools since it will drag in a lot of totally 
unneeded plugins.

I do not understand why this dependency is needed; it was not needed 
before we changed the content typing of the xml editor to be very generic.

Apparently we now are using the codeassist directly from the common 
module - that is a broken dependency!
