[jbosstools-dev] Updating Eclipse, but not WTP as build drivers for JBossTools

FYI: because of other identified issues with WTP 2.0.1 (http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBIDE-2117) we decided to implement
workarounds/warnings to help users with the known issue for WTP 2.0.2 and go ahead and upgrade fully to WTP 2.0.2.
