[jbosstools-dev] VPE editor

Snjezana reminded me on how simple this can be done...just have a split pane with two arrows pointing up/down.
e.g. http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/opensource/library/os-ecvisual/VisEdit.gif

Minimal and functional. (as long as the visual editor will stop receiving updates when it is hidden.
