[jbosstools-dev] Moving to XulRunner 1.9

We have verified work of VPE under xulrunner 1.9 for Mac, Windows and 
Linux OS.
Almost all functionality works pretty good.
On Mac doesn't work inIFlasher, but works DnD.
I think it's will be good to move on xulrunner 1.9 in trunk.
