[jbosstools-dev] Creating What's new and noteworthy for M4 and CR

Hi, Max,
I found that there were no special files for CR1 in Hibernate and Seam, 
so created them. As you mixed "whatsnew" for CR1 and M4 I did the same - 
file for CR1 is updated file for M4 and contains "whats new in 3.3.0.M4 
and 3.3.0.CR1".
