[jbosstools-dev] Creating What's new and noteworthy for M4 and CR

It seems there were SVN issues over the weekend with a SVN server running out of disk space. Please try adding it again.

I tried to commit a esb-news-1.3.0.CR1.html for esb new, but keep 
getting the following error:
