[jbosstools-dev] 3.0.0.GA drivers question

The wtp listed there is wtp-R-3.0.4-20090213193639.zip. 

Is this the official 3.0.4 release? I ask for two reasons. One, the 
filename contains a timestamp more indicative of a nightly, and two, 
http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/ clearly announces 3.0.3 release, 3.1M4, 
and 3.1M5 release. But no announcement of 3.0.4 release.
