[jbosstools-dev] New WTP Drivers

As far as I can tell, the EMF team branched immediately after 2.5.0 was 
released and haven't done any 2.5.x builds yet. They're a small team so 
they're focusing on new work in 2.6.0 rather than maintenance in 2.5.x.
