[jbosstools-dev] 3.1.0.GA version in jira is *not* something to use casually

Hi,

As said/posted before CR2 == GA unless something ridiculous bad happens.

Please don't plan on having any commits/work done between CR2 and GA - its only for absolute emergencies and splashscreen/about box updates!
