[jbosstools-dev] Moving org.jboss.tools.ui.bot.ext plugin from /jst/tests/ to /tests/plugins

That is actually what I will need to help with because I don't know the 
syntax of those files neither their locations.

Should I create Jira for it and assign it to you or you will give me 
instructions what exactly I have to do? Or should I ask some other person?
