[jbosstools-dev] Moving org.jboss.tools.ui.bot.ext plugin from /jst/tests/ to /tests/plugins

Denis,

For me it's not urgent it just has Fix for version 3.2.0.M1 in Jira. It 
was actually what I was asking if it's right time to do it now.

I agree to do it after 3.2.0.M1 is out.

Max could you change the Fix for version to 3.2.0.M2 or should I do it?

Denis I will ask you for help with this issue when 3.2.0.M1 will be out.
