[jbosstools-dev] Jira/svn links are back and we got balsamiq installed

Hi,

Jira got an update last night that fixes the issue of http references to jira in svn commits so now issues like https://jira.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-6974 has a working subversion commit page again.

We also got a license (donated/free) for Balsamiq so now you can use Balsamiq directly from jira without even have to install or configure it.

Combine that with the SWT to Balsamiq plugin (https://community.jboss.org/en/jbosstools/blog/2010/07/07/an-update-to-instant-mockup-for-swt and http://relation.to/Bloggers/InstantMockupForEclipseSWTApplications)
and we got ourselves a pretty powerful and easy to use screen mockup tool for eclipse dev ;)
