[jbosstools-dev] JBoss Tools 3.2.1.M1 first builds are available, but some feature/plugin versions may need to be incremented

JBDS 4.1.0.M1 are still pending, but we have a good aggregate build of
JBoss Tools 3.2.1.M1 available for early QE testing, from build H786 (or
newer):

---
Note too that while there are a few plugins which have been upversioned
to 3.2.1, there are NO FEATURES which bear this version on them; this
will NOT prevent installation of these features on top of JBT 3.2.0
(because we use a timestamp qualifier which guarantees that a
more-recently-built feature is always seen as an upgrade), but from a
proper versioning [1] & synchronicity with JIRA point of view, at least
SOME of the features should bear the correctly updated maintenance version.

There are currently only three (3) features out of 49 which have been
incremented to an x.y.1 or x.y.100 version, which, if only these three
components have been updated since the 3.2.0.GA release, is accurate.
I'm not sure if that's the case.
