[jbosstools-dev] m2e-wtp 0.13.1 in Eclipse Marketplace : could be better

Only reason I can think of is if that composite site is used directly in down streams builds and adding it would confuse those builds.

But otherwise I can't come up with any good reason why not to add it ;)
