[jbosstools-dev] SVN cleanup of old deprecated projects: drools, labs, profiler, and workingset

So it should be removed, not moved into a directory.

I've moved profiler and working set to github.
labs was after talking with Rob dead/unused code and thus I removed that.
That left DEPRECATED/drools which I've moved back to where it came from since the docs area is still needed/used.
I haven't touched stuff stuff inside drools, so Nick please look at that and remove what you stopped using (I assume that is everything except the docs folder ?)
