[jbosstools-dev] M4 status -- test failures, build failures, and compilation errors

I've opened this JIRA (with 5 subtasks) to track problems getting M4 out 
the door:

JBIDE-9981 	esb compilation failure
JBIDE-9982 	compile failed in maven
JBIDE-9983 	compile failed in runtime component	
JBIDE-9984 	test failure in jst
JBIDE-9985 	test failure in portlet

Additionally, the aggregate build (and downstream installer build) are 
failing due to these build failures (Hudson problems, respinning now):

* struts
* examples
* cdi
* central
