build/aggregate/site/pom.xml has a variable inputRepo1
<inputRepo1>http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/staging/_composite_/trunk/</inputRepo1>
I added
-DinputRepo1=http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/staging/_composite_/3.3.indigo
into hudson configurationand it picked up right update site
