JBT 3.3.0.M3 is now on sourceforge and jboss.org/tools:

Note that the URLs sent out last night, with 
"updates/JBossTools-3.3.0.M3c" have been renamed to 
"updates/JBossTools-3.3.0.M3" (dropping the "c") and the "a" and "b" 
versions have been purged to save space on the server. Besides, we don't 
need to keep pre-respin versions, just the released versions. :)

Oh, and FYI, seems the Magnolia CMS for jboss.org/tools doesn't work w/ 
Firefox6 -- it won't let you publish files. Thankfully, it works w/ 
Konqueror4.6.5.
