Almost every time I run my JBT I got a deadlock. This deadlock seems to 
be a problem of WTP Faceted Project Framework and probably our incorrect 
usage of it in JBossAS and ESB plugins.
I attached a path for JBossServerCorePlugin which needs your review.This 
patch helps me to avoid this deadlock but I think we also should find a 
way to make ESBProjectCorePlugin.start() more safe.
