[jbosstools-dev] Changes to JBoss Tools' parent pom affecting all JBT/JBDS Core & SOA Tooling builds -- please read!

By that way, you should move from 0.0.4-SNAPSHOT to 3.3.0.Beta3-SNAPSHOT 
*now* because:
* It requires a few seconds, not more. It will take more time to write a 
TODO on a post-it than to actually do it
* If you don't do it, you don't leverage new "transversal features of 
build", such as the come-back of Jacoco reports.

The goal is to ensure a better isolation of build streams, and then make 
builds even more reliable.
