[jbosstools-dev] Packaging JBoss Tools for Fedora (issue & potential patches)

FWIW, this is an incomplete implementation. The features' & plugins' 
qualifiers have been reordered as noted below via the parent pom config, 
but the update site index pages (site names as generated via the XSL) 
have as yet not been:
