Currently WS seems to depend on AS-Tools. But I'm trying to sever those 
links right now. The link is caused primarily due to wstools using some 
classpath container i have in astools, which it shouldn't be using. I'm 
waiting for o.j.t.common.core to be committed so I can move these 
classes into the new plugin. Once that is done I can sever the links and 
WS will no longer depend on astools.

Well, the plugins at least. Unfortunately their test cases are fairly 
integration-oriented (creates servers etc), and so in that regard, ws 
will always have to move up into the next tier.
