[jbosstools-dev] SOA update site changes

Hi everyone

I have made a few changes to the soa update site in trunk:

1. Added the SwitchYard tools.
2. Upgraded Drools from 5.2.1.Final to 5.3.1.Final.
3. Added the jBPM 5.3.1.Final tools.

I hope everyone likes the shiny new stuff ;)
