[jbosstools-dev] Visual Editor not working when bot tests are run via Maven

This is not OK. VPE works fine for my configuration, at least when it
runned with PDE. My configuration: Windows 7 x86_64 + Java 32-bit 1.6.0_23
+ Eclipse 3.7.1 32-bit.
As I remember, thare is one tab only in one case: VPE plugins are missing.
I.e. to test this, you may exclude VPE plugins from your running
configuration.
