[jbosstools-dev] JBoss Tools Core 3.3.0.CR1b bits available for QE testing

As always, these are not FINAL bits, but preliminary results for QE
testing. Not for redistribution to customers.

JBoss Central:
To test this version of Central, add this to your eclipse.ini file after
the -vmargs line:
-Djboss.discovery.directory.url=http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/JBossTools-3.3.0.CR1b.core/jbosstools-directory.xml
However, note that you won't be able to install anything from central as
the plugin points at this site:
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable/indigo/central/core/
which does not yet exist, instead of the previous milestone site:
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/indigo/central/core/
This was done so that we'd have less to respin between CR1 and GA. If
this is a problem which blocks QE, let me know and I can revert my
changes in https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-11622.
