[jbosstools-dev] Why are we still using internal urls on download page instructions ?

Well, either this is a regression from when the jboss.org Magnolia pages
when haywire, or we never bothered to change this because we're not
respinning the old 3.0 and 3.1 sites anyway so what difference does it
make if people are updating from one never-to-be-updated site or another?
