[jbosstools-dev] JBDS 5.0.0.Beta3b Core bits available for QE testing

As always, these are not FINAL bits, but preliminary results for QE 
testing. Not for redistribution to customers.

~/jbdevstudio/studio/jbdevstudio.ini file after the -vmargs line - *NOTE 
NEW STAGING URL[1]*:

-Djboss.discovery.directory.url=http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/updates/development/5.0.0.Beta3b.extras/devstudio-directory.xml
or
-Djboss.discovery.directory.url=https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/5.0/staging/devstudio-directory.xml 


Additionally, I've staged the update sites onto devstudio.jboss.com, but 
it may take 30-60 mins to appear.
