Hi Nick,
thank you for the explanation! So, the question is:
Is there an update site with new BPEL version which I can use so that my project resolve the dependency on org.eclipse.bpel.model?
Or the dependency problem is a tycho related question?
Andrej.

Every component build produces an update site. These are composited in
an "up to the minute" composite site:

http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/staging/_composite_/soa-tooling/trunk
This is nothing more than 2 XML files which point to the 10 source sites
(one per component). It changes every time a new nightly is produced for
any of the components. It is by nature unstable. You probably don't want
to use it.
From there, we produce an aggregate snapshot of what's in the composite
site:

http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/nightly/soa-tooling/trunk
That site is a snapshot (along with a zip) and is therefore stable. But
every time the job respins to pick up new child content, the site
changes. So it's relatively stable (in that it changes every few hours
or days) but it's still a nightly.
Yes, you need both - the composite is the input to the aggregate. It's
an internal construct that you probably don't need to worry about, however.
As to old versions of BPEL, the problem there is that there's been a
long outstanding requirement to have a SOA Tooling target platform
(https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-11121) but as yet no one's had
time to address that. It would allow that there's a single version of
Eclipse BPEL against which to build the JBoss BPEL stuff, as well as
standardizing the version of UML2, Graphiti, Juno, etc. on which the SOA
tooling bits are built.
