[jbosstools-dev] Old refences in composite update site

Updated the files last week [0], [1] so we can build JBT SOA/BRMS
Tooling 4.0 / JBDS SOA/BRMS Tooling 6.0 - as least conceptually - from
the 9 projects included therein (savara includes pi4soa now, which is
technically the 10th project).

Have no confirmation that the contents are correct, or that there's even
a project plan for a release. Have also not seen PRD/ERD.

For example, I don't know which version of Eclipse BPEL, Drools, Savara,
SwitchYard, etc. should be included.

As with Core, this composite site is used to build a JBT SOA aggregate
[2] and from that aggregate build a JBDS SOA aggregate [3]. (Note
similar URLs for stable_branch as for trunk.)
