[jbosstools-dev] JBT 4 Alpha1/JBDS 6 Alpha1 status

Currently, we are broken due to Maven & Central components, plus an odd 
error about org.jboss.tools.runtime.seam.detector requiring 
org.jboss.tools.tests.

There are also a number of jobs with test failures or test timeouts - 
see details below.

Maven:

Central:

	depends on Examples; cannot find examples 1.3 (upversioned to 1.4) :: 
not sure what is wrong here - bits are built in
