Andrej,

I will have the latest MS bot code in the MS Tools git repo today and it should include all the changes made as of yesterday. But please verify your changes are there. All your "trunk" commits should be done in the MS Tools git repo. I will email when done moving the bot code to git. Sorry for the confusion.
