[jbosstools-dev] Flow, jbpm4, and jbdl4 have been removed from trunk

Also, jbpm4 (including flow and jpdl4) was removed from JBT/JBDS SOA 
Tooling back in May 2012, for soatools 5.0.0.Beta1:
