[jbosstools-dev] Modeshape is dead - long live Modeshape.

As discussed on email there was some confusion regarding modeshape in jbosstools svn since
the sources move to git but not everyone was made aware of it thus SVN lived on and got modified.

Yesterday Daniel aligned the mismatched commits and this morning I killed modeshape in jbosstools trunk.

Thus if you have modeshape checked out you will get errors in eclipse - just remove all the old modeshape 
projects and reimport the new ones from  https://github.com/ModeShape/modeshape-tools

As agreed we left a README at http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbosstools/trunk/modeshape/ to let others know what happened.

Similar approach will be done for the other projects as they move to git.
