[jbosstools-dev] Don't forget to triage jira for your component!

Jira is still where most things discovered by QE and users are being reported.

This morning there were 65 issues reported with no fix version.

No fix issues means users are not getting feedback on the reported issues and it makes it hard to see what is new/old.

At minimum comment on these when they show up, set a fix version once you got enough info to know where/when it is doable if at all. 
And of course if things are just not relevant/not a bug reject the issue with a comment so google can help out the next user that sees it.
