[jbosstools-dev] Check if you need UI test harness or not...great speed and stability award!

Hi,

As discussed in https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-base/pull/84 and related jiras
wether you run your test with or without UI test harness can have a great effect on speed
and consistency of your test runs.

Our build (in parent pom) defaults to enable it to true since in the past most of our
test needed the UI/workbench to be running.

If you think your tests has any chance or running without the UI test harness please
do go and do something similar to what is shown here for Usage tests:
