|JBoss Tools Target Platform 4.30.6.Final and 4.31.1.Final have been released.

Changes

* None, compared to their CR1 version. Only qualifier changes to Final

Usage
=====
Those platform are what JBoss Tools 4.1.1.Final will use.

All jobs in jenkins for *branch* have been updated to use Minimal TP version 4.30.6.Final.
Parent pom 4.1.1.Final-SNAPSHOT for branch jbosstools-4.1.1.x has been updated to use Minimal TP 4.30.6.Final.
Parent pom 4.1.2.Alpha1-SNAPSHOT for branch jbosstools-4.1.x|||has been updated to use Minimal TP 4.30.6.Final.|

|||All jobs in jenkins for *branch* have been updated to use Maximal/Recommanded TP version 4.31.1.Final.
Parent pom 4.1.1.Final-SNAPSHOT for branch jbosstools-4.1.1.x has been updated to use||||||Maximal/Recommanded TP version 4.31.1.Final.||
