[jbosstools-dev] Test failing with Luna? Try the org.eclipse.osgi.compatibility.state fragment!

On popular request, I've changed the parent pom to add the 
org.eclipse.e4.rcp feature as suggested by Snjezana. This should make 
some tests now more or less magically work better.
This is a temporary fix, so that as soon as we have a TP containing fix 
for https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=417429 , we'll remove 
this dependency in surefire to get back to a smaller set of dependencies 
during tests.
