[jbosstools-dev] Update your README.md

Hi all,

I've noticed that README.md files are not up-to-date and still point to 
old and unmaintained content. It would be nice if you could update them 
to direct to https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-devdoc which is 
the place where we now maintain documentation for 
contributors/developers: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-16262
