Although it's currently not the case, we used to work simultaneously on
4.2.0 and 4.2.1 branches. So IMO, 4.2.1 branch is not the continuation
of 4.2.1; and 4.2.2 is not the continuation of 4.2.2.
So I would be in favor of keeping one branch by "Target-Platform stream"
for consistency with past developments.
