[jbosstools-dev] New Kepler M5a target platform is available

TP builds are done, parent poms are updated (in master and 4.1.0.Alpha1x
branch). We are now on 4.30.4.

Now I just need to respin all the jobs to build against the new TP to
make sure everything is blue.
