[jbosstools-dev] Cheatsheets in JBT

There is a cheatsheet for the kitchensink quickstart, but it isn't
applied yet. See https://github.com/jboss-jdf/jboss-as-quickstart/pull/363.
You can include it in a quickstart by naming it .cheatsheet.xml and set
it to the root of the quickstart.
