[jbosstools-dev] Release of Target-Platfroms 4.30.5.Alpha + New process and documentation

Target-Platforms 4.30.5.Alpha are released and can now be accessed for 
JBoss Tools release repository.
Tag: 
https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-target-platforms/tree/4.30.5.Alpha
Related site: 
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/targetplatforms/jbosstoolstarget/4.30.5.Alpha/
You can use them at build time either by setting 
-DTARGET_PLATFORM_VERSION=4.30.5.Alpha , or by using latest 
4.1.0.Alpha2-SNAPSHOT version of parent pom, which uses this 
target-platform as default.

Version on 4.30.x (Kepler) branch have been bumped to 
4.30.5.Alpha2-SNAPSHOT. 4.30.5-Alpha2 will mainly consist in using the 
newer milestone of Eclipse Kepler when available; that version will be 
used in order to build JBoss Tools 4.1.0.Alpha2.
