What do you mean by released? Alpha2-SNAPSHOT, by definition, has not 
been released in my understanding.
AFAICS, the Alpha1 bits of JBT now reference TP 4.30.5.Alpha. 
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/kepler/compositeContent.xml
It would have been confusing is 4.30.5.Alpha3-SNAPSHOT had been used 
widely by the team, but I don't think it happened.
