[jbosstools-dev] JBTIS update site on JBoss Tools web site

[3] is a version specific site - we need to get a stable url to use before publishing to users.

i.e. when 4.0.1 comes out 4.0.0 won't contain the right version.

Paul - any progress on getting a stable url ?
