[jbosstools-dev] Test failures/timeout are very bad

The patch has been applied and we can see in logs the property is 
correctly set. However the most recent logs from CI that the test is 
still "timing out" or org.jboss.tools.common.model.test. Setting the 
property to disable auto-save job to true might have helped, but it's 
not enough for a fix.
